You are responsible for rights to every uploaded script, image, clip, logo, voice, and audio track. A streaming preview or publicly accessible file is not automatically licensed for commercial video use.
Music
Use original music, properly licensed music, or tracks whose license clearly allows your intended use. Keep proof of licenses and attribution requirements.
Reports
If you believe content on Cinivu infringes your rights, email support@cinivu.com with your contact details, the copyrighted work, the Cinivu content or URL, and a good-faith explanation.
Action
We may remove reported content, restrict repeat infringers, and request additional information before acting. Misleading reports may have legal consequences.
