These terms govern your use of Cinivu.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including scripts, images, logos, music, voices, and trademarks. You grant Cinivu the limited permission needed to process and deliver the service.
AI-generated output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpectedly similar to other material. You must review every script, image, voiceover, and finished video before publishing or relying on it. Cinivu does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cinivu for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content; impersonation; malware; privacy violations; or content that harms minors. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Payments and credits
Prices, taxes, credit allowances, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Credits have no cash value and may expire or reset as described at checkout. Manual payments remain pending until verified.
Availability and liability
The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Cinivu is provided as-is and Cinivu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Termination and contact
