Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing a plan or single-video export.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout. To avoid renewal, request cancellation through support@cinivu.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period.
AI credits and generated work
Because generation uses paid computing resources immediately, used credits and completed generations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified service error prevented delivery.
Single-video purchases
If a paid export cannot be delivered because of a verified Cinivu error and we cannot correct it, contact support within 7 days of purchase for review.
Manual payments
Manual bank payments are not activated until verified. Rejected or unverifiable transfers do not grant credits or export access.
How to request help
Email support@cinivu.com with your account email, payment reference, project ID, and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
